CLOSING COSTS
Mortgage Appraisal- may be required as a condition of your mortgage
Home Inspection- may be a condition of your Agreement of Purchase and Sale
Legal Fees- title insurance and paper work to transfer title
Land Transfer Tax- must be paid for at closing
Mortgage Insurance- if less than 20% down payment you will need Insurance, the premium is added to the mortgage however HST must be paid at closing
Moving Expenses- or just get your friends with a truck to help.. pizza is cheaper than movers!
